Savlaine plans to carry display advertising. Advertisers have no say in what is written, which guides are published, or which dress-code position a guide takes. Ads are labelled by the ad network and are separate from editorial content.

Affiliate links

Where an affiliate link appears, it is marked and it costs you nothing extra. No guide on this site is written to sell a specific product, and no brand pays for inclusion. Outfit descriptions here are generic on purpose — a blazer is a blazer, not a shopping list.

How the content is produced

Thea Reeve uses AI tools for research and first drafts, then rewrites and edits by hand before publishing. Photography on this site is AI-generated illustration, not documentary photography of real people or real garments, and is used to show shape, proportion and formality level.

Dress-code definitions are written against published sources, listed at the foot of the guide that relies on them. Where sources disagree, the disagreement is stated.
