Privacy Policy

What is collected on this site, and what is not.

What we collect

Savlaine does not ask you to create an account and does not run a newsletter or comment system, so there is no name, email address or password to store. If you email us, we keep that email so we can reply to it.

Analytics

We may use a privacy-respecting analytics service to count page views and see which guides are read. This is aggregate traffic data โ€” page addresses, referrers, approximate country, device type โ€” and is not used to identify individual readers.

Advertising and cookies

If display advertising is running, the ad network may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser to control ad frequency and measure performance. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and in some regions the ad network will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. Blocking them does not stop the guides from working.

Third-party links

Guides link out to sources and, occasionally, to retailers. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's site under their privacy policy, not this one.

Children

This site is written for adults dressing for work and is not directed at children under 13.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what data about you is held, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email cs@savlaine.com and the request will be handled.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version replaces this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the current version.
